Mine fell out two weeks ago in the heatwave (I am in Northern VA). Just the bottom holding, top and both sides completely let go. Happened to my wife while I was away on vacation. She spoke to the service guy at the dealer and he said he never heard of this and was going to contact Chrysler. Called him last week and he said it wasn't covered and my wife went postal and pointed out we have bought 5 Chryslers from them in the last 10 years, the last one a month ago. (We still have four of them)

Friday they called and wanted the VIN and said they might be able to do something. I guess this explains it.
