I personally like the Cobra series. Some of the models tote the anti-anti radar detection and it's reliable for about 3-5 miles. Some of the newer models can sync up to your phone and other owners can input where cops are hiding. They don't really work against the guns though (Can't beat the speed of light). I've heard there are license plate covers you can buy which will absorb or dissipate (I'm not sure which) the gun's beam which will give you a second or 2 to hit the breaks after the radar is detected (They target your license plate for best results). But I don't know if they work. Never tested mine yet.

It's not an air tight strategy. So I like to pace other cars so the police can't identify me as having the radar detector.
