Yeah, not to discourage you, but a Crossfire is definitely buying back into a Mercedes vehicle in most respects.... To me, that was actually a selling point and a GOOD thing, because I'm coming from a lot of headaches with American cars right now.

Chrysler is supposed to service them, since it's "their" car -- but they usually treat it like an oddball they wish would just go away so they don't have to deal with it anymore. Mercedes dealers, on the flip-side, usually won't work on a Crossfire since they're strict about only servicing cars with their own logo on them.

IMO, if you're not going to work on a Crossfire yourself, the trick is finding an independent Mercedes mechanic to take it to. (We've got at least 5 known reputable ones where I live.) They're going to be a lot cheaper than the Chrysler dealer, especially in cases where you can order the parts you need over the Internet first and bring them in for installation.

yes thats the one like i said i hadnt gone to see it yet but noticed the one rim in the pic and sent them a message they said that the rims were bad i only buy very clean cars. so i decided to do some research on the cfs. i dont want to get into another mb i had a real nice one for 6 years with 40k. the maintance is just to much. but i will admit always liked the cfs but never considered buying one till now.thanks tim bob
