That's where I got the idea and I was wondering if the idea could be applied to coupes. Make it so the window switch can do the auto feature in both directions. I would undertake the project myself but I don't know enough about power windows to start the project.

I personally don't see how it's a safety issue. I've never seen someone leave their hand on the glass long enough for it to close on them. Everyone has that "hot stove" reaction. But if it did happen, well, I'm doing the world a little service.
