I think its going to be a bit of a tight fit to put in place of the stock amp. It says its 14.5" long by about 9" wide. Height shouldnt be a problem tho. Measure the footplate and see if you can physically fit it. If not then either consider a dimensionally smaller amp or moving it to a different location.
