The blower motor is controlled by the "A/C Heater Control Module" which is controlled by the "Body Control Module"
There is also a resister board attached to the blower motor that often causes problems.

The "A/C Heater Control Module" is a fancy name for the control panel that has the A/C and heater controls.

the "Body Control Module" is in the black box by the battery, it is the one closest to the battery.

Most likely cause : A/C Heater Control Module
You should be able to find a replacement at a breakers, meanwhile remove fuse 36 from the underhood accessory fuse box to stop the fan .......
