I don't believe myself as being an angry customer, I only expect to have what I'm promised delivered. It is my money going into the dealership's pockets, so if they tell me that they are going to do something, I expect it to be performed. I'm sure if you feel like moving to East TN, than they would be more that happy to hire someone else there that shares the same attitude as you. Perhaps that attitude is the cause of "
