I've found the issue. When the recirc door is "open" to fresh air, the actuator can't pushl the door closed. It's like the actuator arm is hyper extended when set to recirc. If I keep the door from locking down in recirculation position, it has enough strength to pull the door open. My plan is to make a small "wedge" in the inside door intake to keep the door from swinging that far down. You might think that that would cause the door to blend inside and outside air but I think the rotten foam on that door would cause more bleed by than the wedge. I'll post a pic when it's perfected...
