I think it should break down into 7 pieces with some luck
. Those clamps on the rubber look permanent, I guess they will be ruined.

Storing it in one piece is asking for trouble, it's such an awkward SOB to handle.
At one point I had both the SL-55 intakes and the OEM SRT intakes. Either is as awkward as the other.

The metal clamps joining the Y-pipe to the boxes are a SOB to get off... Unless you have the tool for it, of course. I didn't.

As for storage, I simply put them in a really wide/flat box, and bubble-wrapped the sharp edges extra thick. No issues with damage.
