your mechanic more that likely broke your display because they didn't know how to properly reset it....just my 1st take on your plight... It never resets for me the 1st time, usually several tries before I get it to reset. Oil light will display if the fill wasn't done correctly. Patience when dealing with this little issue. But the oil change, and this display isn't something Chrysler or private shops have much luck with...
