It's a Jaguar XK140 FHC (fixed head coupe AKA it's got a roof!). The XK140 can be visually differentiated from the XK120 by the larger front bumper and the turn signals above it. The grille of the XK140 also has fewer vertical pieces in it, and those pieces are wider than on the XK120. Plus the XK140 has the chrome rib running down the center of the hood that the XK120 lacked. You can tell it's not an XK150 because those had one piece windshields and this one still has the split screen.
