Cissy: I'm sure it's fine... We just do certain things to engines when they are being stored for long periods of time. Over fill the oil, add fuel stabilizer to prevent water build-up...

The issue is that metal likes lubrication. If it sits without, it gets brittle and some micro cracks can occur, or oxides / hydro-oxides (rust). But I'm a little tougher on engine performance than the daily driver...
