Well, today is a new day, and I am in a better mood....lol.... Here's the deal with cars, and I have owned a lot of them in my 40+ yrs of driving... I am not a family sedan guy, never will be. My wife, yes, me no.... I can't tell you how many time in my younger years I would get into a "weekend" project that took a month.... Many, many...too many. I once spent a month on my 1st big block Chevy Camaro build...got done one night, we set the hood back on, and went to close it to line it up, and viola.... that new high rise intake was just a little toooooo high rise... Another time on small block build, since I had blown not 1 but 4 big blocks, I was informed by once famous pro stock driver I should be running a small block because I have a tendency to run way too many rpms for a big block. Big block has torque, the small has rpms...so off to small block land... I bought a complete 350//350 hp Vette motor right out of the crate...all but the carb and headers. I bought a set of chrome hooker header side pipes...back to building...well, side pipes aren't the easiest damn things to mount on a '71 Camaro...several days later we are up and running...I kept the car another 6 months, sold to one of the new gas station attendants at the Marathon I was night mgr at....lol... went out and bought a 4 wheel drive truck... I was done drag racing.... So, builds aren't always so smooth, nor do they go as planned, but they will get there....

OH, and this was just one of the cars....my wife would love to tell you rest of the stories...she just loves cars....lol
