My name is Michael and I live in Palm Desert,Ca. I bought my SRT6 roadster in Phoenix, Az........which is where it was originally delivered in 2005. The Chrysler people gave me the same explanation regarding the xx31 notice. They told me I would not be eligible since Arizona was not one of the eight states as referenced. I challenged them that the eight relevant states were all warm states where heat was causing the delamination .........and then asked them what part of Phoenix wasn't considerably hotter than any of the included states???? At that point their position began to change and within a couple more days they approved my entire top. You really have to keep on them and elevate to a higher authority if required. I would also call them out on their lack of consistent treatment of this problem as the precedent has clearly been set that they have approved claims from outside the states originally called out in the bulletin.
