I can tell you for sure here in CO we see higher temps for the IAT's due to the elevation......I have many mods on my car and the biggest hurdle you have is heat saturation of the intake charged air. Free flowing intake is a first step even before the pulley in my opinion. I run a dual 3" CAI and it works well with the 62mm S/C pulley and tune. Fuel delivery only becomes an issue if you push the engine all the time (racing) I only have been to Bandimere 2 times and it was not an issue. For spirited street driving the fule system is sufficient. If you want to be the fastest you can get all kinds of tips from people on this site. You can go as fast as you can afford. But if you don't want to break things keep to the tried and ture mods well documented on this site.
What did you run at Bandimere? I'm heading next week or the following. What PSI are you seeing? Seeing how low my stock boost is, I'm thinking stacked pulleys would work well at this altitude without as much fuel issues as the guys at sea level see... How are your A/F's? Know anyone running stacked this high?
