Free flowing intake is a first step even before the pulley in my opinion. I run a dual 3" CAI and it works well with the 62mm S/C pulley and tune. Fuel delivery only becomes an issue if you push the engine all the time (racing) I only have been to Bandimere 2 times and it was not an issue. For spirited street driving the fule system is sufficient. If you want to be the fastest you can get all kinds of tips from people on this site. You can go as fast as you can afford. But if you don't want to break things keep to the tried and ture mods well documented on this site.
