I thought I'd resurrect this thread for a while... Has anyone seen "Super Speedway"? It was originally done in Imax and blew me away when I first saw it. It basically covers Mario Andretti's race team for a season and has some of the most amazing driving footage I have ever seen. Picture it: You're looking over Mario & Michael Andretti's shoulders as they pilot F-1 cars around Road America and Daytona, (you see them SLOW DOWN to 170 mph to take the corners at Daytona) plus you get to see some of the high-tech gizmos they get to play with when they make the cars. There's some pretty cool vintage footage there as well. I bought it on Laserdisc a long time ago but it's available on DVD now as well. Here's the info from IMDB.com
