The nearest size tyre to fit, which would result in the smallest change to the gearing, is
295/30 x 19.
The wife's crossfire is fitted with Uniroyal Rainsport 2 which replaced a set of Accelera Super Skiddies that were fitted when we bought the car. I cannot imagine why anyone would buy a performance car and fit dodgy rubber to it!!! The Uniroyals have proved to be very good so far, giving good grip in both wet (just as well this summer here in the UK) and dry conditions.
When the time comes to change, I may be tempted to look at Avon ZZ5's or Vredstein Ultrac Sessanta's if the Uniroyals wear away too fast.
Really??? must be very tight!
