After 590 miles to Woodward and back, I never lost a drop.
I assume that as the coolant was a bit low and it took one and a half liters of distilled water to top it up, that the various partitions in the overflow tank took some time to balance themselves out to their respective levels.

All's well that ends well. It had me worried for a while. Thanks for the input guys.

Now to add the separation kit.
Then the Konis and then the paddles and then .....
