They have replaced many XF tops in the past so they have the experiecne to get the job done the right way. After a good wax job my car will look brand new, I'm a happy camper and love my roadster!
Paying for a repair that is covered under a Chrysler recall / service bulletin is getting ripped off. Sorry you don't see it that way - and I am glad you are happy with the work. But truth be told, the dealership probably filed it under the Chrysler claim and put your $500 in their pockets.
