Default Re: SRT vs standard Roadster

I have bought and sold cars on the side for 15 years or more. During the mid 2000's , I had six different N/A's coupes over a 3 year period. They were GREAT cars. When the recession hit, I stopped my buying and needed a car in my name. Looked for a 7th coupe, and found a SRT coupe with only 900 miles. At first, I was concerned about the ride, performance parts etc. It's my ONLY car now and would not trade it for anything. The ride is FINE, I can not tell the difference for ALL the N/As that I have had. Tires will make a larger impact on the ride, The major difference is at the limits. The extra performance parts are very reliable---Yes the pump will set you back about a "buck fifty" but overall the cost will be line with the N/A. Tires are the same size. oil is the same, etc. For the money you can NOT get more car. Just buy one and you will see---10 to 15% increase is price---double the fun.
