Re: SRT vs standard Roadster
I have oneof each. The only thing imiss in the SRT over the Limited,is the ability to row my own gers.
A disapointment that does not go lightly but, fades somewhat as Iwatch other cars get tiny in the rear view mirror.
I can actualy visualize living without the manual tranny.
The pressure onmy @ss from thesupercharged power plant in the SRT, I cannot.
As for operating costs, the SRT has not really cost more than the NA. Mostly because I push the NA to the limit everytime I drive it. I have poured a ton of money into the NA to achieve,,,,,,,295 HP at the crank.
The SRT, at 330 HP stock, is just getting started where the Limited leaves off.
The wife and I are downsizing to one car. It will be the SRT. Folks who know me as the "Roadster with a Stick" will attest, this is gonna be hard for me. But,the SRT is the collectable, and the one worth maintaining .
So,if you can find one you like, I suggest as a "keeper' the SRT is where you should head.
