Re: Max fuel efficiency RPM speed
If I drive a consistent 70-72 on cruise, I get 23-24 mpg (350 miles) in the SRT6 and 28-29 (400) in the n/a. I once drove an extended distance in the n/a at 55-60 one time and saw just over 30 mpg, but what fun is that. Regardless of which I drive, there are always a couple cars that I have to pass quickly to justify that burst to 100 mph. I might take the roadster from MI to FL this November for a long weekend just because it gets ~30 while my 2003 A6 2.7T returns the same gas mileage as the SRT6. But, it is a big, comfortable, sports touring vehicle!
