Default Colored A Pillar

The other day i decided to change the color of my A Pillars (the silver strip outlining the windshield) figured i'd post some photos for those who may be thinking about doing this. I know a few of you have used the plasti-dip method but i was a little skeptical about doing this as i couldn't find any close up pictures to get an idea of the texture the plasti dip would look like. So without further adu pictures....

As you can see the silver has faded away and peeled off in places looks like ****.

The spray paint i used.

I then took them to a family members work which happened to have a spray booth so i wouldnt get dust and such while i painted them..

Overall i think it improved the look of my car substantially. i'll post back if i run into any issues with how it holds up with the weather here but overall this was pretty simple so if anything goes wrong it will be easy to take them back off and try something else. I'm going to be doing the handles and side strakes in the coming weeks for a more uniform look.
