I need to check with Chrysler to see if the 7/70 drivetrain applies to me or only the first owner. I would hope the factory warranty would transfer with the car and not the owner but I'm not sure how Chrysler works.

If you are the second owner, you can get it transferred in the first 30 days of ownership, I think the fee is $150 or thereabouts. If you are farther out than the second owner - no dice.
