Ok. I guess if were a bit less SENILE, I would have just read the bleedin' box. Viton o-rings are used. I do not know why they are red, but I'm sure I'll find out when the Mobil 1 representative emails me back with instructions on how to READ THE BOX.

But, back to the question has anyone else looked these puppies over?
