Is there a shortage of Chrysler parts, and is it possible to get hold of Mercedes parts where they can be used? I'd be grateful for any advice.
If you get the VIN number of a Mercedes car which has the part you want on it, you wander into a Mercedes dealer all casual and say you want this or that part, when he asks for the VIN number give him the one you have.

Just do not let him see the Crossfire sitting in the car park or you might get rudely shown or thrown through the door.
