Re: Goodbye my dear friends
You sir will be missed. You were a positive contributor to this Forum. I wish you the best and most certainly will not mock you (they mocked Noah) I will always respect a man who makes choices and decisions based on convictions. I don’t think anyone could argue with you based on your observations. Unfortunately we are not the country we once were, I hope and pray that we can return to the greatness we once were. I would not choose to live anywhere else; however I share your concerns. We as a society I am afraid will continue a decline until we find it in us to return to the basic principles that made us so great. We to often are unable to take care of ourselves and our fellow man without the constant need to rely on the government. My greatest concern is that we will turn on our fellow man during a disaster natural or otherwise. Just look at how we behave in some areas after a Hurricane. There is already in my opinion an element of our society that will take a life over a tank of gas, prescriptions, or a freezer of food if the government is not there immediately to provide it. With that said and I’m sorry if I declined this into a political post. It was not my intention.
Gary, your thoughts were very well said. We would all be best served to put those words to practice. See many of you next month.
