I have heard and even read on some automotive web site (I forget which) that the contract Chrysler has with Karmann to produce the car only runs through 2010. So it's possible they won't continue after that if they go that long. Resale doesn't really matter to me. I didn't purchase the car with the intent of reselling anyway. As for the Firepower, my first impression of that was "looks like a second generation Crossfire". So, maybe they'll go in that direction... Who knows.
