I wonder if it works at the end of the month where the cops needed to reach their quotas or shall we say "goals" ?

I strongly disagree with the system of making them "revenue makers" because they hang out too much on the highways where criminals don't roam! Plus, imagine the pressure they'll also get 'cause if they won't reach their quota, they'll be re-assigned to another area.

If they've only been visible all the time on areas where potential criminals will try to commit a crime, some crimes may have been prevented!
