Only slightly : you have to remove a bit of plastic from the front to clear the radiator hose ( bench grinder ), and make a small cut on the driver's side for the vacuum line.
Hint : drill a 3/8" hole about 1.5" up, then use tin snips ( or hacksaw ) to remove the plastic ( for the vacuum line )
