The TB "O"ring delt me a lot of misery, but so did the flat seal around the MAF where it slides on to the TB. I pulled that off and put just a thin film of vac grease around the flat gasket, that solved my problem. When you do the "Throttle Reset" you do need to go out and drive it in a performance way, as it learns how you drive.
