Don't think there is a recommended interval. Normally I would say 50-100k miles depending on your driving habits for most cars. From what I've read on here that seems to be the recommendation, and 5W20 synthetic oil is needed. I will probably stick with Mobil 1. That's what goes in the crankcase and just used Mobil 1 for the diff.
