under regular acceleration it should change at about 20 mph and again at about 40ish (1st to 2nd-to third), but it just stays in 1st or 2nd till it hits 5,000 rpm and then changes...
If I hammer it, its fine... but otherwise, it just seems like the engine is stuck in gear.
It seems like the tranny's are sucking as* on this car... Both manual and auto... Sorry to hear that buddy... Take the car back in and drop it off, claim you feel unsafe driving the car because of the problem. Request a repair, replacement or a return of your $.
This is really becoming common on this forum, something is wrong somewhere !!!
