Well, when you spin the supercharger fast enough to reach 25 psi you create lots of problems. I have heat problems at 19 PSI, the beginnings of fueling problems too. Many don't at my boost levels but they daily drive or 1/4 mile drive and I track my car on a road course which is different. Crank up the boost if you want, get a trophy number at the track and then back it down to where the engine will live a respectable mileage. Well, that's my opinion. It may be cheaper in the long run to custom make an intake manifold and throw on a bigger blower. That's the direction the E55 guys are going after hitting the wall with their superchargers.
