I might be wrong but
Your symptoms sound more like a CAMSHAFT sensor problem if the CAMSHAFT sensor is failing.. Fuel will be
delivered to the engine intermittently, resulting in poor piston function,
and the car will struggle to accelerate and maintain speed
but then again it could also be a Fuel Pump starting to go bad or a coil


But anyway back to CPS
I got mine (BOSCH) from the Autohaz website about 2 years ago and have not had a problem with it .
I think it was 45$ as well and my Mechanic charged me 30$ to put it in.
