As pointed out in previous posts, the only difficult part about the CAI installation is removing the plastic pieces from beside the radiator.
The rest just basically requires a screw driver and a 10mm wrench for the power steering tubing hold-downs.

The oil catch can is quite easy to install, a screwdriver and a knife or some tubing cutters.
