Default Re: How to Repair Relay Control Module (RCM) - (Mystery no Start)

Last week, I turned the key and all I got was "Click click click". There was enough of a hill for me to let it roll, pop the clutch and get it started.
Since I was still on the original battery, I assumed it was the battery, so I got a new one.

The car was starting fine. I make a lot of stops in a day, so, maybe I've had a hundred or so starts since then, all fine. This afternoon, jump in the car, turn the key and I get "Click click click". Tried to let it roll and fire it up, but, not enough hill there (not even with me jumping out and pushing a bit). Checked the battery cables, tried again ... nothing ... sat and thought for a bit, tried again, and it fired right up. Fired right up just fine the rest of the day.

Got home, pulled the RCM. The joints all looked pretty good. I tweaked them up anyway (might as well since I had it out) ... so, I don't think that was my problem.

What else should I look at?
