Four cars on Geico. A six month old new crossfire totaled. They paid sticker price. A few months later a really stupid person hits one of the other cars. I was nervous but everyone at Geico assured me that when it is not one's fault they do not blame you in anyway and therefore the rates did not go up and haven't for ten years now. I did buy another new crossfire after that. (2007) Road gator comes on to hood. Fourteen hundred dollars in damage . Geico paid it the same day at my body shop.

So there are bad stories about all insurance companies, the individuals envolved also contribute to the nature of the relationship.
