I bought my car back in July from a local Chrysler dealer. It only had one key, so part of the deal was they supply a second key (and get the headliner fixed). It took me 2 months and one day to receive my new key. I was told they had to send the key off to Mercedes (which took 2 weeks) once they finally located one. I didn't complain about the time it took, since I was paying for it. I just couldn't believe it took that long to find it, then program it. When I got it, the door locks didn't work. The plastic and rubber on the original is in pretty rough shape. I'm considering one of the new all black cases I've seen on ebay. Don't really care for the little Chrysler logo on the back anyway. I always mistake it for the lock button when in my pocket.
