Closest I found was a Becker 788X I found on eBay.de.

They share the same look and form factor, it just come in gloss black.
But swapping the face plate with my oem was somewhat simple.

Has HD Radio - plays MP3 formatted CD's
Has a phone input (just add
bluetooth device bluetooth device
)

Has a CD Changer input that, with the help of a controller, will interface with your iPhone or other music device. (Aux)

Has the same speaker output connections has the factory stereo, but also comes with
Preamps for front, rear and subwoofer.

The somewhat clunky user interface took some getting used to - but it rocks...
