I happen to agree wiith both of you. Here we have someone who is not mechanically apt and happens to be asking questions since he is a member of the forum. He feels like he is at the mercy of the garage and he is. We can only do so much to help if we don't know the facts. As a new member of the forum it appears that there are too many "general" questions and no facts. So we can do one of two things. One if it is too general, don't answer. Second,we can get them to give more facts so we can help out. Isn't that what the forum is about? JMO
