Actually it should be just the opposite! And in your case you might actually prefer it this way rather than go with the SRT-6 rears. This set-up will give you substantially more front bias than stock, which means that you should be able to brake later and harder going into a corner than you were able to before. The relatively puny rear brakes will not be able to clamp as hard relative to the fronts and will be less likely to make the back end misbehave as you pass through the apex. In the motorcycle world, they refer to the technique as trail braking and it serves to keep the suspension loaded properly so that the transition from braking to throttle is less "dramatic".

I would suggest doing a track event the way you are now and see how you like it.
