All car glass, except windshields, is "safety glass" and will show these marks. They come from the stresses that are created in the glass to strengthen it. I think the tinted glass in the Crossfire just makes them more visible from the outside.

The windshield shouldn't show the effect as it uses the plastic sheet between two layers of glass to provide strength.
