Did you ever order and replace any of those relays ?
I hope I'm correct, I did study this RCM some time back and fortunately I do not have any experience in replacing any of these relays.
I would replace any relay when it is burnt, it requires a nice polished/burnished domed surface to prevent future sparking damage again.

I think but cannot prove as yet that burns are caused by poor grounding on this pump. Maybe Rudy would have some input here.

This pump is a PITA. I think you can blank it off.
