I received an email within minutes confirming my order details and it also provided an order confirmation number as well.
Have you looked at your "spam" folder in your email ??
It might have gotten sent and caught there unless the email you provided wasn't correct 
Thanks for your help, I did find my email confirming my order and it was in my spm folder.
