I think that is a cheap Chinese filter like these quick oil change guys fit. I had one in my car when I got it and it too had warped and was loose on the filter holder.

I think the Fram number is CH8902 for the better one, the cheap one also starts with a CH.

PS
The Frams look like the OEM filters.
