I've not been all that impressed with the original windshield. It doesn't help that it's been hit no less than 6 or 7 times. Even beyond that, it has really shown every possible contact or pit. Factory glass retails for about $800. Not sure what you could actually get one for. Several aftermarket glass companies have quoted $250-300 installed, using several different brands. I'm just waiting to quit getting nailed.
