Default Re: Need some help on the race car

If you're still consolable, here are some excellent wheels that are right at $1,000 per set (shipped), and they're rotary-forged just like the Forgestars, so they're very light and strong.

Several styles to choose from:

Nurburgring Alloy wheels in matte gunmetal, gunmetal w/ mirror cut face, and matte bronze by TSW | www.TSW.com

Tanaka Rotary Forged 5 Spoke Alloy wheels in matte black and hyper silver by TSW | www.TSW.com

Panorama Rotary Forged 5 Spoke Alloy wheels in matte black, silver w/ mirror cut face, and matte bronze by TSW | www.TSW.com

Interlagos Rotary Forged 9 Spoke Alloy wheels in matte black and silver w/ mirror cut face by TSW | www.TSW.com

And here's where you can get them all:

Wheel Studio: TSW Wheels - TSW Wheels Wheels on sale, cheap rims, cheap wheels from TSW Wheels at discount prices

Less weight during articulation of the suspension = faster response time of suspension components = nimbler handling = faster lap times.

You are literally the first person I've ever come across to say that wheel weight is negligible in road racing.

There, I was helpful. As for under-the-hood stuff, it's all been covered in the thread at this point.

All the best,
