No No, if finances were the problem I would stated that. I mean, I could use the $200 more than Begi because it looks like he hasn't done much with it. Begi could have come door knocking any time this year and the money was there. He just hasn't had anything to knock on the door with.
I have been more than patient with this builder, but the steel pipes finished me off. Would you accept them for your car? I don't see any difference in me requesting my deposit back than the guys on the Header thread. I will leave you on the Christmas list for now.
