Puke green 1970 Datsun 510. Bought used in 1980...long before I became a "car guy".
A university friend liked to work on them as a hobby & he found the one I had rusting away parked beside a barn out in the country. He got it running and sold it to us for $500. Thing had personality...it absolutely refused to start in the winter which was OK as we walked everywhere back then anyway. The bumpers rusted & fell off & you couldn't find them anywhere at scrap yards so I installed 2 x 6 boards painted flat black. For a while it just had the nasty rusty brackets which kept tail-gaters at a safe distance.
